Sup Kambing Pekat Hamamatsu...

Come here-come here, i want to teach you how to make Sup Kambing Pekat Hamamatsu ok ka? Easy resepi for everybody that likes sup kambing. Very good for fever-fever and runny nose. Once you eat guarentee you want more... If you like kambinglah... If not you'd never eat itlah...


kaki kambing, sayur dan rempah ratus...

Ingredients... (1) Kambing feet cut into thin strips (2) Spices, I dont know what but if smell good OK la (3)Salt enough for taste (4)Black pepper (5)Squeezed lemon juice can buy in bottle if cannot sqeeze (6)Onions cut thin (7)Shallots (8)Ginger (9)Vegetable for soup, I dont know what but if it looks like its suitable, can use la (10)water from tap only (11)vegetable oil 2 table spoons only (12)some love (14)tomatoes (15)potatoes (16) A lot of cili padi...


semua bahan dan rempah ditumbuk...

How to make? Easy... Heat up oil and simmer onion, shallots and ginger. Add soup spices and other spices that have been smashed using a lesung batu. Add water and boil potato and kambing legs. Add other stuff except for salt. Stir and wait by smoking one cigerette.


menumis, masukkan air dan rempah, masukkan ubi kentang...

msukkan kambing, masukkan tomato, tutup dan tunggu...

api comel saja guna...

When cigarette is finished add salt and squeezed lemon juice. Taste it. If OK smoke another one. When finished smoking watch TV for 10 minutes. Turn off stove and its ready...


masukkan garam dan perahan asam limau...

I cooked this for my lovely beloved wife... She was so happy that she finished 2 bowls of rice with it.... I love her so I cook kambing for her laaa...

bila masukkan cili api nya? (or did i overlook it in the instructions :P) and i don't smoke, so how to estimate the time? heh, saja je fuss over2, i don't even eat kambing pun

But then, dan empuk ka daging. Kambing takes >1.5 hours to lembut. 30 minutes before masak baru put in the potato.

ps: dan is sempat for kedahan :P
