Yubinkyoku=Pejabat Pos :)

Today, before going to the lab I had to go to the post office accross the main road of our apartment/flat or what ever you want to call it. We call it home... Anyway, I had to send a picture to someone... Hope he gets it soon and likes it...

sink cum bath tub izz farish...

There's three counters and a lot of people working in the cute little post office near our home. Like in Malaysia, there's a place for you to lick your stamps, write and benches to sit on if you have to wait for your turn... I use to hate to go to the post office due to long lines. Here its different, they treat me and everyone else like a king and never had I been caught in a long line. I'll go to the post office in Hamamatsu anytime... Wake me up in the middle of the night, I'll go with a smile on my face, but its closed at midnight... heheh... The picture that I physically posted (as opposed to virtually posted) via Japans mail service today didnt have a return address as I was too lazy to bother to write it on the backside of the envelope. After leaving the letter with the clerk and on my journey out, he called out to me. "Man... what was wrong", I thought in Malay in my brain... He just wanted to tell me no return address was written and wanted to ask me if I wanted to write it down now. I said no thanks and smiled... He looked baffled, maybe its a crime not to write it down here in Hamamatsu... Talk about 1st class mail, this place got it...

luar pejabat pos... kalau tak nampak, pijaklah lantai berbonjol ini...

What can one do in a post office here??? The usual, buy stamps, post packages and things... The unusual, pay police summon tickets and pay medical insurance premiums... The post office here is really user friendly even thought you cant speak good Japanese. The clerk are all helpfull... They make sure you get what you came for. The Japanese have this saying 'Ganbatei-Kudasai', which means in Malay 'Kerja sampai jadi jo, tak jadi baik tak payah buat'. The post office is even user friendly for people who have bad vision or no vision at all. Not no vision as in 'tak ada wawasan'... It has a pavement for the people who cant see to walk on...

depan kaunter dalam pejabat pos...

When you're in one of these places in Hamamatsu, even on the buzziest day, you'd spend I'd say a maximum of 15 minutes that is if you had to wait for your turn...

inilah bukti saya ke pejabat pos hari ini...

I promised my self I have to finish the design chapter by the end of this month... Esok lusa la tu... grrrrr... What am I doing writing about post offices? Ada hikmahnya la mana-mana tuui... Insya-Allah tomowor the chapter will be done...

-this post is for the Post Office, heheh-

Haha, siap bubuh gambar bukti lagi tu. Kenapa ek? Takut dipersoalkan? Ish tak mungkin.
MUPA seperti biasa? Excellent imej nya kali ini.

Tapi pejabat pos nya tenang sekali ya. Ceria dan santai gitu. Cekap sungguh orang mentari terbit. Apa tadi? Prinsip Ganbatei-Kudasai? Hmmm, kat m'sia pun ada jugak rasanya prinsip tu. Pernah dengar "Dan-bantai cukup rasa-ai!"

pejabat pos kat bandar ipoh ni tengok tempat la. ada tempat busy, slow macam kura kura. tapi kat ipoh garden, service efisien.

pejabat pos di bandar kuantan ok, orang sederhana ramai, friendly dan tahu kerja mereka.

pejabat pos di air putih, sibuk, perlu beratur panjang, sempit dan pekerja sentiasa stress. kesian sebab terlalu ramai.

pejabat pos beserah, tak ramai orang dan tak perlu beratur panjang. masalah di sini attitude. kalau teenager, layanan lebih kurang saja(complaint from my kids) dan suka buat irritating statements. kalau orang dewasa, mereka layan okey.

Observant betul la consultant kita ni... Hamamatsu ni memang bersih... sumpah... padalhal takde pon tong sampah tepi jalan... itu satu benda saya respect orang2 hamamatsu ni... tempat lain jepun teruatam tokyo tu kotoq...

Dr. Azmi aka Ikelah,
Macam tu oklah, tapi budak2 pun depa kena layan baik sebenarnya... pasal kalau dari kecik kena layan buruk, tu yang besar jadi buruk perangai... sini budak2 pun depa layan macam raja...
