During my vacation, Puan Fara will always outdo herself. This dish we had recently is called 'Grilled Shrimp in Basil and Capers.' Its served with white rice. Recipe: (1)Udang Galah 8 ekor (2) Basil (3)Capers (4)Garam (5)Lime juice (6)Olive oil (7)Bawang (8)Tomato (9)Lada hitam (10)Puan Fara. Cara membuatnya: Use Puan Fara to put all the other ingredients into the oven and bake... Because of the Basil, the prawns smell flowery like. Rasa pula macam makanan Italian Mafia...
She also cooked 'Nasi Ayam Shizuoka'. Its basically like preparing 'nasi ayam tokyo' but the chicken has to be boiled in a special sauce first then baked to get the beautiful golden tanned skin color...
As Puan Fara had been extra rajin in the kitchen, Faiq figured maybe she's also extra penat. So we went out to an Italian buffet restaurant today so she could relax... Tak banyak boleh makan today because its meat,chicken and pork based. So we ate a lot of pasta, fried fish filletes, taco, a lot of dessert and a bowl of udon (Japanese noodles)... Oishi yo...

Esok saya ingat nak start pi skolah balik le... Dok rumah lama-lama makan sedap-sedap jalan sana-sini, pelajaran ntah kemana... takmo le balik malaysia gemuk je... nak gak bawak balik ijazah satu...
